Demolition skip bins in Newcastle & Lake Macquarie. 3m³–10m³ C&D waste bins for strip-outs and small-to-medium demolition, with scheduled changeovers and clear weight and material rules.
Skip bins for strip-outs and small-to-medium demolition projects across Newcastle and Lake Macquarie. Choose from 3–10 m³ construction and demolition (C&D) bins with scheduled changeovers, clear weight limits and upfront material rules. We are a responsive local bin service that turns bins around fast — not a large hook-bin or craneable-bin operator.
Bin supply and collection service only — we do not perform demolition work.
Mixed building and demolition waste, concrete, brick and tiles, timber, plasterboard, roofing debris and general construction rubbish. Heavy clean material is best booked in a dedicated concrete bin so you are not charged mixed-waste rates on clean concrete and brick.
Clean concrete, brick and masonry, and clean fill, recycle far cheaper when kept separate from mixed waste. Ask us how to split your loads — it is the single easiest way to cut your disposal bill.
We do not take asbestos, contaminated soil, hazardous or chemical waste, or liquids. If your demolition involves any of these, they must be handled by a licensed specialist.
Demolition waste is dense, so weight matters more than volume — a bin that looks half full can already be at its weight limit. We will match bin size to the material and expected weight, and explain what triggers an overweight charge, before you book.
We swap full bins for empties on a schedule or on call as each stage progresses, so the site stays clear and your crew keeps moving.
Tell us about access — driveway width, overhead clearance and where the bin needs to sit — and we will confirm we can safely deliver, place and collect on your site.
For multi-stage or multi-bin demolition work we price by the project, including delivery, exchanges and disposal. Request demolition-project pricing.
We can provide weighbridge weight information and invoice with your site name and PO, so your job costing stays accurate.
What size skip bin do I need for a house demolition? Most small-to-medium demolition jobs use a series of 6m³–10m³ bins exchanged in stages rather than one huge bin — we will estimate how many based on the building.
Can concrete and general building waste go in the same skip? They can, but mixed loads are charged at the higher mixed rate; keeping concrete and brick separate is cheaper.
How quickly can a full demolition bin be exchanged? Same-day or next-day exchange is available in most areas.
Are there weight limits? Yes — every bin has a weight allowance and overweight is charged per kilogram over it. We explain the limit before you book.
Do you accept asbestos or contaminated soil? No — these must be handled by a licensed specialist.
Can bins be supplied over several project stages? Yes — staged supply and scheduled changeovers are exactly what we set up for demolition jobs.
